Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using LinkCrafter AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

2. Description of Service

LinkCrafter AI is an AI-powered LinkedIn content creation platform that helps individuals and teams generate, schedule, and analyse LinkedIn posts. We use your LinkedIn profile data and writing style to create a personalised AI voice model.

3. Accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at support@linkcrafter.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or harassing
  • Violate LinkedIn's own Terms of Service or community standards
  • Spam, phish, or engage in any form of unsolicited communication
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our AI models or underlying data
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create using LinkCrafter AI. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of any generated content.

6. LinkedIn Data

When you provide your LinkedIn profile URL, we may collect publicly available posts and profile information to train your AI voice model. You warrant that you have the right to provide this data and that doing so does not violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service. We do not access your LinkedIn account directly or post on your behalf without your explicit action.

7. Subscription and Billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds are issued for unused time.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email.
  • Failed payments may result in suspension of your account until payment is resolved.

8. Free Plan Limitations

Free plan usage is subject to the limits described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to adjust free plan limits at any time. Abuse of the free plan (e.g. creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits) may result in account termination.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your requirements or expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkCrafter AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you by email of any material changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
